In partnership with Clients Real Estate Brokers, Clients have solicited and identified options, evaluated these options against Idealized Site and Space Plans and Facility Program as defined in Phase 1, selected the best candidate sites and pursued a negotiation strategy to ensure that Clients have the optimum physical and financial arrangements. Each step of this process has been independently supported with varied expertise: Real Estate Brokerage, Legal, Financial and Architectural professionals. The result of these activities is a clear go-forward strategy. This strategy is well documented, budgeted, and idealized site and location defined.
